We believe confidence looks different for everyone, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness or self-care. Sometimes it’s relaxation. Sometimes it’s feeling strong. Sometimes it’s finally taking time for yourself. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Bohemian Sol Wellness & Sun, your appointment time is reserved just for you. While we absolutely understand that life happens (because trust us… it happens to us too ), last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave empty appointment times that could have been booked by another client. To avoid any additional charges, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee. • All no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will have a $10 late fee applied. We pour time, preparation, energy, staffing, and product into every appointment, and respecting appointment times helps us continue providing the experience and service our clients deserve. Because while life happens… this is still our livelihood, our schedule, and our responsibility too.
